Certain products may be available exclusively online and may have limited quantities. We make every effort to display product details, colors, and images as accurately as possible; however, we cannot guarantee that your device’s display will be perfectly accurate.
Handcrafted nature: Our products are handcrafted artworks and/or high-quality editions. Minor variations in color, texture, or finish may occur and are not considered defects.

6) Accuracy of Billing and Account Information
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order you place with us. We may limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. If we change or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you using the email/phone provided at checkout.
7) Shipping & Delivery
Shipping times, costs, destinations, and tracking information are described in our Shipping Policy
Important: For handmade icons and custom commissions, shipping fees may vary depending on the size/weight of the artwork and the destination country. Where applicable, the total shipping cost may be confirmed by email prior to dispatch.
8) Payments
Payment options may vary by product type and will be shown at checkout and/or confirmed by email.

Ready-to-ship items: payment is completed via the payment methods available at checkout (e.g., card/Apple Pay when enabled).

Handmade icons & custom commissions (made-to-order): payment is completed via bank transfer, and the order is dispatched after the transfer is received and confirmed.
9) Right of Withdrawal (14 days) – Ready-to-ship items
Customers in the EU have the right to withdraw from eligible purchases within 14 days from the date of delivery, without providing a reason, subject to the conditions in our Returns & Refunds Policy
10) Made-to-order / Custom orders – No Returns or Cancellations
The right of withdrawal does not apply to items that are created made-to-order or clearly personalised for the customer. These include, but are not limited to:

a specific Saint requested by the customer,

custom dimensions,
-
inscriptions/dedications,
-
gilding or special finishes requested,
-
orders prepared for a specific deadline or special destination requirements.
Custom orders: no returns or cancellations once confirmed.

12) Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photos of the outer box, inner packaging, and the item. We will proceed with the most suitable solution in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy, prioritising:

free repair and reshipment where possible,

replacement / re-creation where feasible,

a full refund if repair or replacement is not possible.

We may provide access to third-party tools or links. We are not responsible for third-party materials, websites, or services. Please review their terms and policies before engaging in any transaction.
14) User Comments, Feedback and Submissions
If you send us ideas, suggestions, or other submissions, you agree we may use them without restriction. You are solely responsible for your submissions and must not violate any third-party rights.
