Returns (14-day right of withdrawal)

Customers in the EU have the right to withdraw from items purchased through our website within 14 days from the date of delivery, without providing a reason.

Because our products are handcrafted artworks, not clothing or mass-produced gadgets, we kindly ask customers to be fully confident in their choice before placing an order. This policy is provided to ensure clarity and to help avoid unnecessary inconvenience for you and for our workshop.

Conditions for returns

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • returned within 14 days of delivery,
  • in excellent condition, exactly as received,
  • returned in its original packaging, with all included materials.

Return shipping costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method, as the customer remains responsible for the item until it is returned to us.

Non-returnable items (Custom orders)

The right of withdrawal does not apply to items that are created made-to-order or clearly personalised for the customer. These include, but are not limited to:

  • a specific Saint requested by the customer,
  • custom dimensions,
  • inscriptions / dedications,
  • gilding or special finishes requested,
  • orders prepared for a specific deadline or special destination requirements.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, the refund will be issued within a reasonable time to the original payment method.
Please note that original shipping fees are not refundable.

If applicable:

  • Card / Apple Pay payments are refunded to the same method.
  • Bank transfer payments are refunded via bank transfer to the account details you provide.

Damaged in transit

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photos of the outer box, inner packaging, and the item. We will review the case and proceed with the best solution.

Our priority is to restore the icon:

  1. Free repair, whenever possible, and reshipment at no cost.
  2. If repair is not possible, we will proceed with a replacement / re-creation of the icon (where feasible) and ship it to you free of charge.
  3. If neither repair nor replacement is possible, we will issue a full refund.

We take great care in packaging every icon with secure, protective materials to ensure safe transport, and so far we have not experienced any issues. This policy is provided simply to keep everything clear and transparent for our customers.
