Processing time (Order preparation)

  • Ready-to-ship items: orders are usually prepared and dispatched within 1–3 business days.

  • Handcrafted artworks (handmade icons & custom commissions): dispatch time is confirmed by email or phone, as each piece may require specific preparation and shipping arrangements.

We ship to Greece and internationally. Available shipping methods and carriers are shown at checkout.

Shipping costs

  • Ready-to-ship items: shipping fees are calculated at checkout.

  • Handcrafted artworks (handmade icons & custom commissions): customers will receive an email confirming the total shipping cost. Since each artwork may differ in size and weight, and shipping rates vary by destination country, the final shipping fee is confirmed by email before dispatch.

Delivery time estimates

Delivery times depend on the destination and carrier. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details (when available).

Tracking

For tracked shipments, the tracking number will be provided by email (when available). You can track your parcel through the carrier’s website or via our Order Tracking page.

Packaging

We package every icon with secure protective materials suitable for fragile artworks, to ensure the safest possible transport (where appropriate).

Customs & import duties (international orders)

For orders shipped outside the EU, customs duties or import taxes may apply depending on your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

Incorrect address / failed delivery

Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are correct. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, re-shipping costs may apply.

Damaged parcels

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the outer box, inner packaging, and the item. We will assist you according to our Returns & Refunds Policy.
